This directive shall apply to all internet service providers operating within the territory of Denmark, and shall regulate the provision of internet services to ensure a free and open internet. Internet service providers shall not engage in discriminatory practices, including throttling or blocking of online content. The Danish Business Authority shall be responsible for enforcing the provisions of this directive. Internet service providers shall comply with the requirements of this directive within six months of its entry into force.
This law applies to all internet providers in Denmark and ensures they don't block or slow down certain types of online content. It promotes a free and open internet.
