Armenia–Denmark relations

The Kingdom of Denmark and the Republic of Armenia shall establish and maintain diplomatic relations, based on mutual respect and cooperation. The two countries shall exchange diplomatic missions, and the ambassadors and other diplomatic representatives shall enjoy the privileges and immunities provided for in international law. The diplomatic relations shall be guided by the principles of sovereignty, equality, and non-interference in the internal affairs of the other state.

The Government of Denmark shall provide humanitarian aid to the Republic of Armenia, particularly in the areas of education and healthcare. The aid shall be provided in accordance with the needs and priorities of the Armenian government, and shall be aimed at promoting the well-being and development of the Armenian people. The aid shall be delivered through official channels, and shall be subject to regular monitoring and evaluation.

The two countries shall cooperate in the promotion and protection of human rights, democracy, and regional stability. They shall engage in regular consultations and dialogue on these issues, and shall work together to address common challenges and threats. The cooperation shall be based on the principles of international law, and shall be guided by the United Nations Charter and other relevant international instruments.

The Kingdom of Denmark and the Republic of Armenia shall engage in cultural exchange and cooperation, with the aim of promoting mutual understanding and respect. The cooperation shall include the exchange of artists, scholars, and other cultural professionals, as well as the organization of cultural events and exhibitions. The two countries shall also work together to preserve and promote their cultural heritage, including their historical and archaeological sites.

The two countries shall promote economic cooperation and trade, with the aim of strengthening their economic ties and promoting mutual benefit. The cooperation shall include the exchange of goods and services, as well as investment and technology transfer. The two countries shall also work together to create a favorable business climate, and shall provide support to entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises.
