Azerbaijan–Denmark relations

The diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Denmark shall be governed by the principles of mutual respect, sovereignty, and non-interference in internal affairs. The two countries shall cooperate in the promotion of peace, stability, and security in the region. The cooperation shall be based on the principles of international law, including the Charter of the United Nations. The parties shall also promote the development of economic, cultural, and scientific ties between them.

The parties shall establish diplomatic missions in each other's capital cities, with the aim of promoting and developing the bilateral relations. The diplomatic missions shall be responsible for the protection of the interests of their respective countries and citizens. The missions shall also facilitate the exchange of information, ideas, and cultures between the two nations. The parties shall ensure that the diplomatic missions are able to function effectively and efficiently.

The cooperation between Azerbaijan and Denmark shall include the exchange of information and expertise in the fields of energy, trade, and human rights. The parties shall work together to promote the development of renewable energy sources, improve trade relations, and protect human rights. The cooperation shall be based on the principles of mutual benefit, equality, and transparency. The parties shall also promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in both countries.

The parties shall cooperate in regional and international organizations, including the European Union and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe. The cooperation shall aim to promote peace, stability, and security in the region, as well as to address global challenges such as climate change, terrorism, and migration. The parties shall also work together to promote the development of democracy, human rights, and the rule of law in the region. The cooperation shall be based on the principles of mutual respect, trust, and cooperation.

The parties shall settle any disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of this agreement through diplomatic channels. The parties shall also establish a joint committee to oversee the implementation of the agreement and to resolve any disputes that may arise. The committee shall meet regularly to review the progress of the cooperation and to identify areas for further development. The parties shall strive to resolve any disputes in a peaceful and constructive manner.
