Treaty of Copenhagen

The Treaty of Copenhagen shall be considered a binding agreement between the Russian Empire and Denmark-Norway, effective as of the date of its signing. The terms of this treaty shall supersede any prior agreements between the two nations. The treaty shall remain in effect for a period of twenty years, unless otherwise terminated by mutual consent. The parties agree to uphold the principles of mutual defense and cooperation.

The Russian Empire and Denmark-Norway agree to provide mutual defense in the event of an attack by a third party. The parties shall consult with each other in the event of a perceived threat, and shall take all necessary measures to defend each other's territories and interests. The parties shall also cooperate in matters of trade and commerce, with the goal of promoting economic growth and development. The parties agree to establish trade routes and tariffs that are fair and equitable.

The Treaty of Copenhagen shall be ratified by the respective governments of the Russian Empire and Denmark-Norway, and shall be registered with the relevant authorities. The parties agree to exchange instruments of ratification within six months of the signing of this treaty. The treaty shall enter into force upon the exchange of instruments of ratification.
