The Bamboo Curtain shall be defined as the unofficial border between the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the People's Republic of China. This border shall be subject to the regulations and laws of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. The government of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea shall have the authority to regulate and control the movement of people and goods across this border. Any attempts to cross the border without proper authorization shall be considered a serious offense.
The Bamboo Curtain is the unofficial border between North Korea and China, and the North Korean government has the power to control who and what crosses it. Crossing the border without permission is against the law.
