Saudi Arabia–Turkey relations

The Republic of Turkey and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall maintain diplomatic relations based on mutual respect and cooperation. The two countries shall exchange diplomatic missions to promote their relations and resolve any disputes through peaceful means. The diplomatic missions shall be headed by ambassadors who shall be responsible for promoting the interests of their respective countries. The ambassadors shall also be responsible for negotiating agreements and treaties between the two countries.

The Turkish and Saudi Arabian governments shall cooperate in the fields of economy, trade, and investment to promote their mutual interests. They shall encourage the private sectors of their respective countries to engage in joint ventures and partnerships to enhance economic cooperation. The two countries shall also cooperate in the fields of science, technology, and culture to promote their mutual understanding and friendship. The cooperation shall be based on the principles of equality and mutual benefit.

The Republic of Turkey and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall resolve any disputes that may arise between them through peaceful means, such as negotiation, mediation, or arbitration. The two countries shall refrain from using force or threatening to use force against each other, and shall settle their disputes in accordance with international law and the principles of justice and equity. The disputes shall be resolved in a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect, with a view to promoting their friendly relations and cooperation.

The Turkish and Saudi Arabian governments shall cooperate in the field of regional security to promote peace and stability in the region. They shall exchange information and coordinate their efforts to combat terrorism, extremism, and other security threats that may affect their mutual interests. The two countries shall also cooperate in the field of defense to enhance their mutual security and promote their friendly relations. The cooperation shall be based on the principles of mutual respect and non-interference in each other's internal affairs.

The Republic of Turkey and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall promote people-to-people exchanges and cultural cooperation to enhance their mutual understanding and friendship. They shall encourage the exchange of students, scholars, artists, and intellectuals to promote their cultural cooperation and mutual understanding. The two countries shall also cooperate in the field of tourism to promote their mutual interests and enhance their friendly relations. The cooperation shall be based on the principles of equality and mutual benefit.
