4th Verkhovna Rada

The 4th Verkhovna Rada was the fourth term of the Ukrainian Parliament, which operated from 2002 to 2006. During this period, the parliament passed various laws and made key decisions for Ukraine's development. It was led by the People's Deputy of Ukraine, Volodymyr Lytvyn, as the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada.
