The Government of Angola and the Government of Georgia shall establish diplomatic relations, with the aim of promoting mutual understanding and cooperation. The two governments shall exchange diplomatic missions, and the ambassadors and other diplomatic agents shall enjoy the privileges and immunities provided for in international law. The diplomatic relations shall be guided by the principles of sovereignty, equality, and mutual respect. The governments shall also cooperate in the promotion of economic and cultural ties.
