Argentina–Bolivia relations

Argentina and Bolivia have a complex history of bilateral relations, with periods of cooperation and conflict, particularly over border disputes and the use of shared water resources. The two countries have a long-standing agreement to share the Río Paraná and Río Paraguay waterways, but tensions have arisen over the years regarding water management and distribution.
