Argentina–Bolivia relations

Argentina and Bolivia have a complex history of bilateral relations, with periods of cooperation and conflict, particularly over border disputes and resource sharing. The two countries have a long-standing agreement to share the Río de la Plata and Río Paraná rivers, as well as a border treaty signed in 1878. However, tensions remain over issues such as trade, energy, and territorial claims.
