China–Norway relations

China and Norway have diplomatic relations, with both countries maintaining official ties and engaging in various forms of cooperation, including trade and cultural exchanges. However, their relationship has been strained at times due to disagreements over human rights and other issues. Norway has also been critical of China's human rights record and has called for greater freedoms in the country.
