Bolivia–Georgia relations

The Republic of Bolivia and Georgia shall establish diplomatic relations based on mutual respect, sovereignty, and independence. Both countries shall recognize each other's territorial integrity and non-interference in internal affairs. The establishment of diplomatic relations shall be governed by the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations. The two countries shall exchange diplomatic missions to facilitate cooperation and communication.

The Republic of Bolivia and Georgia shall cooperate on international issues, including but not limited to, the United Nations and its specialized agencies. Both countries shall support each other's membership in international organizations and participate in joint initiatives to promote peace, security, and development. The cooperation shall be guided by the principles of mutual benefit, equality, and respect for international law. The two countries shall also engage in regular consultations to discuss issues of common interest.

The Republic of Bolivia and Georgia shall promote cultural and economic exchanges to strengthen their bilateral relations. Both countries shall encourage people-to-people exchanges, including educational, scientific, and cultural exchanges, to foster greater understanding and cooperation. The two countries shall also explore opportunities for trade and investment to promote economic development and cooperation. The cultural and economic exchanges shall be governed by the laws and regulations of each country.

The Republic of Bolivia and Georgia shall support each other's position in international organizations, including the United Nations. Both countries shall consult with each other on issues of common interest and coordinate their positions to promote mutual benefit. The two countries shall also support each other's candidacy for international positions and organizations. The support shall be guided by the principles of solidarity, cooperation, and mutual respect.

The Republic of Bolivia and Georgia shall resolve any disputes or disagreements through peaceful means, such as negotiation, mediation, or arbitration. Both countries shall refrain from using force or threats of force to resolve disputes and shall respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of each other. The dispute resolution shall be governed by international law and the principles of justice and fairness. The two countries shall also establish a mechanism for regular consultations to prevent disputes and promote cooperation.
