ISO 3166-2:HR

ISO 3166-2:HR is a standard that divides Croatia into 21 administrative regions, known as counties. These counties are the primary administrative divisions of the country, each with its own government and powers. The standard provides a two-letter code for each county, used for international communication and data exchange.
