United Nations Mission of Observers in Prevlaka

The United Nations Mission of Observers in Prevlaka (UNMOP) was a UN peacekeeping mission established in 1996 to monitor the demilitarized zone in Prevlaka, Croatia, and supervise the withdrawal of Yugoslav People's Army forces. The mission aimed to prevent any military activities or provocations in the area. UNMOP operated until its mandate ended in 2002.
