Ethiopia–Somalia relations

Ethiopia and Somalia have a complex relationship, with periods of cooperation and conflict. The two countries have a long-standing border dispute, and Ethiopia has been involved in various military interventions in Somalia, including the 2006 Ethiopian invasion. Diplomatic relations between the two countries have been strained due to these conflicts and other regional security concerns.
