Marrakesh Treaty to Facilitate Access to Published Works for Persons Who Are Blind, Visually Impaired or Otherwise Print Disabled

The Marrakesh Treaty is an international agreement that allows countries to make copies of published works for people who are blind, visually impaired, or have a print disability, without needing permission from the copyright holder. This treaty aims to increase access to books and other materials for people with disabilities. It was signed in Marrakesh, Morocco, in 2013.
