Constitution of Venezuela (1830)

The 1830 Constitution of Venezuela established a federal republic with three branches of government: the executive, legislative, and judicial. It also defined the rights and powers of the president, congress, and the states, as well as the relationship between the central government and the states. The constitution aimed to promote stability and unity in Venezuela after a period of conflict and instability.
