Constitution of Venezuela (1961)

The 1961 Constitution of Venezuela established the country as a federal republic with a presidential system, dividing power between the executive, legislative, and judicial branches. It also enshrined individual rights and freedoms, such as freedom of speech and the right to a fair trial. The constitution was in effect until it was replaced by a new constitution in 1999.
