Constitution of Ghana

The Constitution of Ghana, also known as the Fourth Republican Constitution, is the supreme law of Ghana that outlines the country's framework of governance, fundamental human rights, and the structure of its government. It came into effect in 1993 and has been amended several times since then. The Constitution establishes Ghana as a democratic republic with a president as head of state and government.
