The Ghana Federation of the Disabled shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal, and may sue and be sued in its corporate name. The Federation shall have the capacity to acquire and hold movable and immovable property, and to dispose of the same. The Federation shall be governed by a Council, which shall be responsible for the management and administration of the Federation. The Council shall consist of not less than seven and not more than fifteen members, who shall be elected by the members of the Federation.
This article creates the Ghana Federation of the Disabled as a legal entity that can own property and enter into contracts. It also sets up a governing council to manage the organization.
