Egypt–Israel relations

The Egyptian government shall maintain diplomatic relations with the State of Israel, as established by the Camp David Accords of 1978. The two countries shall cooperate in matters of mutual interest, including trade, security, and regional stability. The Egyptian government shall ensure that all agreements and treaties with Israel are implemented in accordance with Egyptian law and international obligations. The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of these agreements.

The Egyptian government recognizes the State of Israel's right to exist and shall not support or participate in any activities that aim to undermine its sovereignty or territorial integrity. The government shall also ensure that all official statements and communications with Israel are conducted in a respectful and diplomatic manner. The Egyptian government shall cooperate with Israel in combating terrorism and extremism, and shall not provide support to any organizations or individuals that seek to harm Israel or its citizens.

The Egyptian government shall ensure that all economic and trade agreements with Israel are fair and equitable, and shall not discriminate against Israeli businesses or citizens. The government shall also facilitate the movement of goods and people between the two countries, in accordance with international law and customs regulations. The Minister of Trade and Industry shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of these agreements and ensuring that they are in the best interests of Egypt.

The Egyptian government shall respect the human rights and dignity of all individuals, including Palestinian refugees and citizens of Israel. The government shall ensure that all policies and actions towards Israel and the Palestinian territories are guided by the principles of international law and human rights. The Egyptian government shall also support efforts to achieve a comprehensive and lasting peace in the Middle East, based on the two-state solution and the rights of the Palestinian people to self-determination.

The Egyptian government shall establish a committee to oversee the implementation of the agreements and treaties with Israel, and to resolve any disputes or issues that may arise. The committee shall be composed of representatives from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Industry, and Defense, and shall meet regularly to review the status of relations with Israel. The committee shall also provide recommendations to the government on how to strengthen and improve relations with Israel, and shall ensure that all agreements and treaties are implemented in a transparent and accountable manner.
