Japan–Philippines Economic Partnership Agreement

The Japan-Philippines Economic Partnership Agreement (JPEPA) is a bilateral trade agreement between Japan and the Philippines that aims to promote economic cooperation and free trade between the two countries. The agreement eliminates tariffs on various goods and services, and also facilitates investment and cooperation in areas such as agriculture, manufacturing, and services. It was signed in 2006 and entered into force in 2008.
