Afghanistan–Tajikistan relations

Afghanistan and Tajikistan have a bilateral relationship based on mutual cooperation and regional stability. The two countries have a shared border and collaborate on issues such as trade, security, and transportation. They are also members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the Economic Cooperation Organization.
