Constitution of Iraq

The Constitution of Iraq is the supreme law of the country, adopted in 2005, which establishes Iraq as a federal, democratic, and pluralistic republic with a parliamentary system of government. It guarantees fundamental rights and freedoms, including equality, justice, and the rule of law, and outlines the powers and responsibilities of the federal government and the regions.
