Cuba–United Kingdom relations

Cuba and the United Kingdom have a complex history of relations, with the UK initially supporting the Cuban revolution before later imposing a trade embargo. The two countries have since maintained diplomatic ties, with the UK being one of the few Western countries to have an embassy in Havana. The UK has also provided humanitarian aid to Cuba and supported its re-engagement with the international community.
