Bangladesh–Ghana relations

The Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the Government of the Republic of Ghana, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Parties, shall promote and strengthen their diplomatic relations based on the principles of sovereignty, equality, and mutual benefit. The Contracting Parties shall exchange diplomatic missions to facilitate communication and cooperation between the two countries. The diplomatic missions shall be responsible for promoting trade, education, and cultural exchange between Bangladesh and Ghana. The Contracting Parties shall also collaborate on international forums, including the United Nations.

The Contracting Parties shall facilitate the exchange of goods, services, and ideas between Bangladesh and Ghana, with the aim of promoting economic development and cooperation. The Contracting Parties shall also encourage investments, joint ventures, and trade agreements between the two countries. The Government of Bangladesh and the Government of Ghana shall provide necessary assistance and support to facilitate trade and economic cooperation. The Contracting Parties shall also cooperate in the areas of agriculture, industry, and infrastructure development.

The Contracting Parties shall promote educational and cultural exchange between Bangladesh and Ghana, with the aim of enhancing mutual understanding and cooperation. The Contracting Parties shall encourage the exchange of students, scholars, and cultural performers between the two countries. The Government of Bangladesh and the Government of Ghana shall provide necessary assistance and support to facilitate educational and cultural exchange. The Contracting Parties shall also cooperate in the areas of science, technology, and innovation.

The Contracting Parties shall cooperate on international forums, including the United Nations, to promote peace, security, and development. The Contracting Parties shall also cooperate in the areas of human rights, climate change, and sustainable development. The Government of Bangladesh and the Government of Ghana shall provide necessary assistance and support to facilitate international cooperation. The Contracting Parties shall also work together to address global challenges and promote mutual interests.

The Contracting Parties shall settle any disputes or differences arising from the interpretation or implementation of this Agreement through diplomatic channels. The Contracting Parties shall also establish a joint committee to oversee the implementation of this Agreement and to resolve any disputes or differences that may arise. The joint committee shall meet regularly to review the progress of cooperation between Bangladesh and Ghana. The Contracting Parties shall also cooperate in the areas of dispute resolution and arbitration.
