The Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the Government of the Republic of Ghana, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Parties, shall promote and strengthen their diplomatic relations based on the principles of sovereignty, equality, and mutual benefit. The Contracting Parties shall exchange diplomatic missions to facilitate communication and cooperation between the two countries. The diplomatic missions shall be responsible for promoting trade, education, and cultural exchange between Bangladesh and Ghana. The Contracting Parties shall also collaborate on international forums, including the United Nations.
Bangladesh and Ghana have agreed to work together and respect each other's independence, with the goal of benefiting both countries. They will have diplomatic offices in each other's countries to help with communication and cooperation.
