Trị Bình Long Ứng

I couldn't find any information about the law "Trị Bình Long Ứng" in Vietnam. However, I found that "Trị Bình Long Ứng" is a Vietnamese era name, which refers to the reign of Emperor Gia Long of the Nguyễn dynasty in Vietnam, from 1802 to 1820.
