Canada–Senegal relations

Canada and Senegal have established a strong bilateral relationship based on shared values of democracy, human rights, and economic development. The two countries cooperate on various areas, including trade, education, and cultural exchange. Diplomatic relations between Canada and Senegal were established in 1960.
