Constitución neogranadina de 1853

The 1853 Constitution of New Granada, also known as the Constitución neogranadina de 1853, was the first constitution of Colombia, establishing the country's government structure and principles. It defined the country as the Republic of New Granada, with a federal system and a president as head of state. The constitution also established the rights and freedoms of citizens, including equality and freedom of speech.
