Japan–Uzbekistan relations

Japan and Uzbekistan have established diplomatic relations since 1992, with both countries cooperating on trade, investment, and cultural exchanges. The relationship between the two nations has been strengthened through various agreements and visits from high-ranking officials. Japan has provided Uzbekistan with economic aid and technical assistance in areas such as infrastructure development and human resource development.
