China–Haiti relations

China and Haiti have established diplomatic relations since 1993, with China providing economic aid and development assistance to Haiti. The two countries cooperate in areas such as trade, infrastructure, and healthcare. Haiti is one of the few countries in the Caribbean to have diplomatic relations with China.
