The two countries shall promote the exchange of ideas, cultures, and values, as well as strengthen their economic ties through trade agreements and investments. The diplomatic missions of both countries shall be responsible for fostering these relations and resolving any disputes that may arise. The relations between the two countries shall be guided by the principles of international law and the United Nations Charter.
