Constitution of Bulgaria

The Constitution of Bulgaria is the supreme law of the country, establishing the framework of the government, the rights and freedoms of citizens, and the structure of the state. It guarantees fundamental rights such as freedom of speech, assembly, and the press, as well as the protection of individual and property rights. Adopted in 1991, it has undergone several amendments to reflect the country's transition to democracy.
