Malaysia–Vietnam relations

Malaysia and Vietnam established diplomatic relations in 1973, marking the beginning of a bilateral relationship between the two Southeast Asian countries. The relationship has since grown, with cooperation in areas such as trade, education, and security. Today, Malaysia and Vietnam enjoy a strong and multifaceted partnership.
