Article 160 of the Constitution of Malaysia

Article 160 of the Constitution of Malaysia states that a person shall not be qualified to be a member of the Legislative Assembly or the Senate unless he or she is a citizen of Malaysia and has his or her permanent home in any state in Malaysia.
