Greece–North Macedonia relations

Greece and North Macedonia established diplomatic relations in 2019 after a long-standing dispute over the name of North Macedonia. The agreement, known as the Prespa Agreement, resolved the issue by recognizing North Macedonia's independence and sovereignty. This marked a significant improvement in relations between the two countries.
