Uganda Anti-Homosexuality Act, 2014

The Uganda Anti-Homosexuality Act, 2014, is a law that makes certain homosexual acts punishable by up to life imprisonment. The law specifically targets acts of "gross indecency" and "homosexual practices" between consenting adults, as well as those who aid or abet such acts. It was enacted in 2014 but later struck down by the Constitutional Court in 2014.
