Kuwaiti nationality law

Kuwaiti nationality law grants citizenship to individuals born to Kuwaiti parents, as well as those who have been naturalized after meeting specific requirements, such as residency and loyalty to the state. The law also allows for the acquisition of citizenship through marriage to a Kuwaiti citizen, but this is subject to certain conditions and approval processes. Additionally, Kuwaiti nationality can be revoked in cases of treason or other serious offenses.
