Angolan nationality law

Angola's nationality law, as regulated by the Constitution of Angola, grants Angolan nationality to individuals born to at least one Angolan parent, either by birth in Angola or abroad. It also allows for naturalization and acquisition of nationality through marriage to an Angolan citizen or by declaration of intention. The law aims to promote unity and identity among Angolans.
