Bolivia and Cuba have established close diplomatic relations, with both countries cooperating on issues such as healthcare, education, and economic development. Bolivia has maintained a strong alliance with Cuba, particularly since the 2006 election of President Evo Morales, who has been a vocal supporter of the Cuban government. The two countries have also exchanged expertise in areas like agriculture and healthcare.
