In Sri Lanka, if the President is unable to perform their duties, the line of succession is as follows: the Prime Minister assumes the powers of the President, followed by the Speaker of the Parliament, and then the Minister in charge of the subject of Defence. This order is specified in the Constitution of Sri Lanka.
