🇮🇶 Iraqi nationality law

Iraqi nationality law grants Iraqi citizenship to individuals born to an Iraqi father, regardless of the place of birth. It also allows for citizenship to be acquired through naturalization, typically after a minimum residency period of 5 years. Additionally, Iraq grants citizenship to individuals who have served in the Iraqi military or have made significant contributions to the country.
