🇶🇦 Egypt–Qatar relations

Egypt and Qatar have a complex and often strained bilateral relationship, with periods of diplomatic tension and cooperation. The two countries have disagreements over regional issues, including the conflict in Libya and the Muslim Brotherhood, a Islamist group banned in Egypt but supported by Qatar. This has led to a freeze in diplomatic relations between the two countries since 2017.
