The 12th Malaysian Parliament was the national legislative body of Malaysia from 2008 to 2013, comprising the Dewan Rakyat (House of Representatives) and the Dewan Negara (Senate). It was formed after the 2008 general election and dissolved before the 2013 general election. The parliament was led by Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and later Najib Razak.
